    I bought thi sfrom Amazon about 3 weeks ago $140 Cdn off of list price. Cost with taxes in is $355.00

    Just curious what made you decide on that model? If I understand what you said on pricing, the Samsung 4k player would have been about the same, you were getting close to the price of an Oppo, and good performing Sony with tons of features can be had for $100 to $150 USD

    The price differences you mentioned are much higher in Canada because of duty and taxes. What you says makes sense in the US but not in Canada.
