    A/V Recommendation

    With roughly $300-$400 to spend on an A/V receiver, would you recommend the Yamaha HTR-5740 or Panasonic SA-HE100?

    I'd get the HTR-5740 or you may be able to get the HTR-5750 in that range. Yamaha is a much better built unit and great reliability. Also either the HTR-5750 or HTR-5760 may have Yamaha's full YPAO calibration feature. Definitely worth spending a little more to get a unit with the full version of it.
