    Unshielded speakers and RPTV

Hello. I currently have shielded speakers next to my RPTV but am thinking of switching to some substantial unshileded speakers. Are RPTVs as susceptible to magnetic interference from speakers as regular TVs?

Only CRT's are succeptable to magmetic interference.

And, odds are that even if the RPTV is CRT based, the box would provide adequate distance from most speakers.
