    How to convert analog cable to digital for my HDTV

    Do you guys know if there is a way to convert my analog cable to digital so I can have better quality picture on my HDTV? If so how and want product do I need to get to do it?

    There's no way to do so that I'm aware of.

    You need to talk to your cable provider about this and don't be surprised it you need both another tier of service and one of their proprietary boxes to accomplish this.

    Give it a go and report back to us.

    But remember, your TV already has an upscaler built into it. It already takes whatever format signal comes into it and upscales it into it's native format.

    IOW, You're betting that this unit is better than than the one built into the TV. Good luck, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

    As for this quote from their blurb, "The result will be a HD digital picture of great quality.", well, take it with an entire carton of salt.
