    Thx?

Is THX equipment worth the extra money?
Havent made any conclusions on my own concerning this.
What exactly is the point;their trailers are fun and loud but beyond that, why?

While my amps are all THX certified (go figure), I personally do not believe it is worth the money. Essentially THX is just a standard, and having the THX logo on the product means that the manufacturer sent the product to THX, and they certify it meets their standard. Many products that do *not* have the logo would also meet the THX standard, they just decided to not pay money for the THX rolyalty fee. In most cases, I would say that it is not worth much, and you tend to pay more on products that display it.
