These are the two subs I was looking at, and I know one is a 10" and one is a 12". Is it worth the $100 extra for the PB1-ISD over the HSU?

I could play the music and movies loud, it really depends on my mood but at times I do. The room size per the floor plan is 17' 4" x 16' 4" . I hope this helps.
