    Angry sony str-711 with innovative speakers

    I just hooked up the new speakers to my sony str-711 receiver and everytime it hits a loud base sound i get and error message on the receiver (protector). Sony was not sure about the compatiblity. I had bose acoustmass 3 hooked up before and did not have this issue. I have checked and double checked the wiring.

    What kind of speakers are you using now? What is the impedence? Need to know so i can try an help.
