Samsung DLP 67" Ghosting and Line Splitting Picture

I have had my Samsung DLP 67" for about 3 months now. I noticed a few weeks ago that I was starting to get ghosting, then this week the picture split in the middle of the screen. Please see attached picture for an example of what is happening. You can still see the ghosting in the image as well as the image split. Also, it is important to note that it only seems to occur on HD channels. I can sometimes get it to stop by switching between standard def and HD channels. Sometimes I just turn it off and come back later. Any suggestions on what this could be? Thanks ahead of time for the help.
