    Rear speakers question

I have a Yamaha RX-V1400 and B&W 601 S3's for my main. My question is, can I use my AR 570's powered partners for the rears or I shouldn't even bother? The reason I asked is because they are still in perfect working condition or self powered speakers shouldn't be used on this setup? If I can't I'll just go ahead and get like a pair of the 600 S3's. Thanks.

Yeh you can use them. As long as there's a wall outlet nearby. You'll also need a couple Long rca cables to get to the speakers. Connect the speakers using the surround pre-outs on your Yammie.
