    Is it about "That" time?

    Talofa All

Just a quick question, ok I have a 12 year old Proscan PS27108 that's dying.

Is there anything salvageable inside or useful? I've seen one site that sells do it yourself replacement boards.

    Thanks for Your time,

    Chris

    Cool

Its not that "time", that time was a few years ago.
Head for the nearest place that sells HDTVS, they have them for all budgets, down to 19".
AND stop by the dumpster on your way down there, there is almost nothing salvagable from such an old device.
Maybe a computer recycler could get some gold(in every electronics device) or something from it, but they wont pay you for it.
MIGHT even charge you to pick it up, which is why some places
advertise that they will dispose of your old TV.
Where I WORK(AND JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE ELSE) they are geting rid of computer monitors that are practically new, everybody wants a flat screen.
I asked the business office supply company picking ours up as to where they were going, maybe some charity?
Nope, he replied, maybe some dumpster
