Does anyone have a JVC M505 or M303 system? Is it any good? Thanks

I have a JVC RX-DVSL DVD/receiver and I think its great with my speakers but they are not JVC speakers. I totally think you are headed for defeat buying most home theater systems in a box (defined by me as the receiver & speakers all manufactured by the same company) and wouldn't recommend it. Out of curiosity I looked up the first unit you mentioned & it got the most bizarre review I've ever seen http://reviews-zdnet.com.com/JVC_TH_...-30896024.html It got a 7 out of a 10 but then the review said the system produces mediocore sound. Huh? That system is listed for about $380. The one thing I learned is that for $1500 you can get a pretty good system but for $380, you're getting what you pay.

Does anyone have a JVC M505 or M303 system? Is it any good? Thanks
