NAD T752 - won't read Sony Wega remote

Hi all.

I bought a new Sony Wega 34" TV, and the T752 remote doesn't pick up the TV's remote signal, when I try to teach it.
The green led doesn't flicker when I press the Sony remote - as if there's no remote present.
Replaced batteries, tried diferent distances between the remotes - nothing.

Any ideas ?
