Lightbulb which one would you get?

    Hello

Im trying to upgrade from my old yamaha RX-V740 to something new. I love my yamaha tho...no problems and the sound is awesome, but with PS3 and a blue Ray player i need something with HDMI in/out. I really dont want to spend more than $700 but i can push it to $800 if someone convinces me. Anyway so i was looking at some online:

    Denon AVR-889
    http://www.usa.denon.com/ProductDetails/4538.asp

    Yamaha RX-V765
    http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/p...ETYP=ATTRIBUTE

    Onkyo TX-SR607
    http://www.onkyousa.com/model.cfm?m=...s=Receiver&p=s

    Harmon Kardon AVR-354
    http://www.amazon.com/Harman-Kardon-.../dp/B0016BGRXG

Which one would you buy? OR if you have a better receiver in mind then please let me know.

One more thing...Wat exactly is "SRS (Circle Surround II)" ? Do i need it?

    Thanks blackraven

I should checked newegg before posting i guess... Those are good prices..So my another question would be.. is 806 worth spending $100 more?

So you would recommend Onkyo over other brands?

ok,,now iam really confused...i was talking to a friend of mine and he was saying that since my yamaha works gr8 than instead of upgrading...i should connect my HDMI devices directly to my LCD and use my yamaha for sound (use optical). What do you think?

Here's some decent prices on the 706 http://bountii.com/product-1366-onky...FQ_yDAodjggpRg

Go for the 606 with all the current HDMI connections.

If your Blu-ray player had analog outs you'd be in business.

You'll need HDMI in on the receiver to get the high-def audio unless you have analog outs on your Blu-ray.
