    Marantz SR 8500
    Hi Guys,

Opinions of this reveiver cos the dealer push very hard on this brand as compared with

Pioneer, Onyko, Yamaha, Harman Kardon and etc.

He claim the stereo sound is warm and clear than all the other similar price range.

    70% CD & 30 % DVD on the player.

    Urgent !!

Good offer this weekend $ 930/- plus bundle with CD or DVD player (Marantz)

    Thanks

All reviews for the Marantz SR-8500 are very positive, you'll really enjoy this receiver! For the same price I would also consider purchasing a Denon AVR-3806. Both Marantz and Denon are owned by the same company, D&M Holdings.

    Thanks elapsed,

Marantz and Denon are all made in China and end up buying the Pioneer Flagship model reveiver for my sister-in-law.

    Tks

i would go with the marantz over any other brand. and it is true that they produce very clear and warm sounding music with almost any other brand. pioneer is good but only if it were on the ELite line.

Marantz only has half a dozen authorized online dealers. For B-stock check with www.accessories4less.com. best speaker deals is not. As for pushy sales people that signals that there's more in it for them than taking the time to help a customer find the right product or they're just punching the clock. Either way that the time for an about face and walk away.

    Hi Guys,

Done with receiver and need suggestions between Velodye CHT-12R(DPs-12) or

Paradigm PS-1000. Both are quite comparable in price and specs.

    Many Thanks

youll never go wrong with a velodyne. just make sure the wattage of the sub you are buying is at least 2x the wattage of your receiver. this is to ensure that your sub wont be working hard as a horse just to make the balance out of your entire system.
