    KDL47w802a and Netflix

    Hello All,

    I have my Sony LED (kdl47w802a) hard wired to my network. The connection is fast. SEN loads quickly, accesses Netflix without issue, and navigation is fast. However, everytime I exit Netflix the screen seemingly freezes (status bar continually scrolls). Anyone else have this issue? Am I missing a firmware update? Any ideas would be appreciated. All other apps work flawlessly. Thanks! -Pete

    I didn't see anything about this problem on the net. I also went to the Agoraquest - Great Sony Forum, News, Reviews with 95,000 members site "for all things Sony" and performed a search there and found nothing related to your problem. I also checked Sony eSupport. There's a section for Netflix issues, but I didn't see this one. Check there for yourself. I didn't look too deep. Good luck with your search for the problem.
