    Buzz in FM Radio Only

Seeing all of the post on Ground Loops.... I had to ask if a extremely significant "buzz" when listening to the radio only is a symptom of a ground loop?

I have an HK AVR with powered sub etc. The sub does have a minimal amount of noise when idle, but powered up at high gain levels. However, the FM has a very distinctive load buzz through all of the speakers regardless of the sound level. I have tried some basic ground loop isolation, but don't know if this is really the problem or what. All help is appreciated!
