    Unhappy 'protector"

    Need Help Getting "protector" Off Of The Lcd Screen On Front Of System. No Sound Is Coming Out But All Buttons Have Been Pushed To See If They Will Remove "protector" From Screen But W/o Success. This Is Happening On Strd711. Please Respond W/any Help You May Be Able To Give. Thank You In Advance For Your Assistance. Howard

    I take it English isn't your first language. Try again.

    Your post is extremely unclear. Many words but few releavant facts.

    Many times this is indicative of a short in the speaker wires and pushing buttons does nothing. Other times it's a broken unit. The first can cause the second if left unchecked.
