HK335 vs Yamaha 5750

I am setting up my HT and here is what I got :
Yamaha 5750 / Polk Monitor 50/30/CS1/Velodyne sub.

I am really impressed with the Picture quality from this receiver ( using composite to s-video conversion ).

But not really happy with other features like the Not-easy to operate remote and not having an on-screen display.

Sound quality is not Bad .

I am looking for a sugesstion on changing this receiver to HK 335.
Anybody have any input on this?
Is it really worth getting it by paying extra $100 on this?
How is the Picture quality from this receiver( does it have any up conv feature)?.
How is the sound compared to Yamaha .
