HELP !!!!! avr setup

I hope someone can help me figure this out. I need all responses in simple terms.

My equiptment is as follows

Mitsubishi WD62528 t.v.,
harmon Kardon AVR445 receiver
Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player
Verizon Cable with FIOS and the HD / DVR is a Motorola QIP6416-1
speakers are Bose Acoustimass 10 with the SL2 wireless for the rear speakers.
3 - HDMI cables
2 - Optical video cables
2 - S video cables
several RCA type cables

The speakers and the wireless unit are installed and functioning correctly.

I need very simple instructions on how to connect this system together.

If we cant fix it via this format can any one recommend a person who can visit my home in the Garland (Dallas, Texas metroplex) area. I have used the Geek people before and was not impressed.

Thanks for the offer. However I have to work Sat. and they won't let me off to hook up a soundsystem. Is there any way I could contact you Sunday morning. Or if I can not figure it out maby I could call you next Sat.
