HDTV Programing in the Next 2 Years

Does anyone have any idea if more Cable Networks will be broadcasting in full HD Mode (not like TNT's ridiculous stretching of old shows which is terrible) in the next 2 years and if WB & UPN will have HD Broadcasts available on Cable (I'm not sure if they do on Satellite)? Will Cable & Satellite Companies up their fees to us as a result? If anyone's read anything, please let me know. I did remember reading in USA today that within 2 years a 37" HD LCD from a name brand will be around $800. Curious to see if that comes true. I wish though that I could watch SciFi & F/X in HD as well as get WB.
