    Wink OK, Run, don't walk! Good Guys is selling the 2012K for $499.99!

    Guys, the Pioneer VSX-2012K is the Elite 45TX in disguise. A fabulous receiver for that price and it has a very hefty amp section to boast. Take one and start running and don't look back.

    Yes. It has. I got the VSX-2012K over the weekend after my Denon 3300 went dead. I use both unit as pre/pro with 5ch amp. I would say it is a better unit than the Denon it replaces.
