My dad wanted to get a DVD player, and I remembered seeing this list before in another post. "Budget DVD Shoot Out" or something like that. Great list.

So I ended up getting him the CyberHome - CH-DVD300S for $35 delivered off of Amazon.

It looks like this DVD player can also player Euro DVDs, as well as American (sorry, I'm not remembering the details of the formats..PAL and NTNS or something like that.)

I may end up trying one myself at that price and than order some of the British disc Ali G's.

    Booya!~

    Hi all.
I bought Toshiba SD-3960 a while back (before the report came out) and paid full price for it. But after seeing that list, never regretted it. A very solid video performer, and audio is not to shabby either :)
