DVI Cable

I have a HDTV w/o a dvi input and was wondering if there is a type of modulator for this yet? My TV has a 15 pin(2 row) connector for a satellite receiver, but it is not the same as the 15 pin dvi(3 row) connector.

I dont know of any modulators or converters for DVI and/or if this will even work or not.
Here is a link that has DVI-I Analog/Digital cables i.e. analog on one end digital on the other.
