In a thread I read here someone recommended a couple of calibration discs. One of them was from Digital Video Essentials and it can be purchased from DVD International. They have a Pro set there that consists of 6 discs, some of which I am pretty sure I will not need.

Is this a good set ( to get vs the standard Digital Video Essentials: HD ( disc?

What about using these DVDs vs Datacolor's SpyderTV or Avia? The way I see it I have spent a chunk of change on the TV, if one of these is far superior in when it comes to calibration, I am willing to spend the extra cash if it is worth the money.

The TV I have is the Panasonic TH-50PZ750U.

Thank you for any help and advice in advance.
