    Does anyone know if PIP works with the Cable Card. Unlike with STB, where you have to split the signal and lose eveything but analog on the direct feed.

    Jamison, you probably know, but just in case you don't, as elegant as the cable card option is, it is only a one-way device. You won;t be able to order PPV or use On Demand, and you might not get a channel guide. Check on that last one.

    Yes, I have thought about that. We use Netflix and have never ordered a PPV movie and rarely use the channel guide. There are Pro's and Con's.

    Supposedly once all the bugs are worked out of the current cable card technology, 2-way cards will be the next hurdle.
