Yamaha RX-V861 Scene Templates

Just received the Yamaha RX-V861 today, 4/18/08. I thought I was changing the default TV Viewing Scene settings and ended up with 2 TV Viewing Scenes (one with the asterik). How do I either return to the default TV Viewing Scene without the asterik and have only 1 TV Viewing template or delete the one with the asterik that I created?

I would like to return this particular scene number (3) to it's default setting WITHOUT resetting the entire system.

The manual isn't worth the paper it's printed on. When renaming a scene input, there no mention of how to delete unwanted characters or how to make a quick exit from the scene menu. So far I've had to wait until it goes off the screen by it's own time.
