3 A/V Receivers, which would you get?

I have narrowed down my search to 3 A/V Receivers. They are pretty much equal in price.
Marantz SR5400, HK DPR-1001, and HK AVR-330. This receiver will be primarily for my HT system. I am still educating myself on the features of receivers. At a basic level, they all meet my requirements. I had a budget of $500 and decided on the receivers above. I auditioned them all, they seem pretty much equal. So I was curious what the population here would suggest out of these three. Please post a reason for why you picked one over another.

Lord Nikon; search for soundandvisionmag.com on the net. They have a report on the HK 330.

Would definatly check out the Denon and Yammy in your price range as well. When I was shoppin I had the H/K 325 at home for a few weeks and liked it a lot, the logic 7 was great for regular broadcast sat.

both the harmon and marantz receivers have a history of audio drop-outs when changing sources and/or at the start of a cd/dvd.....

i would avoid any receiver with a history of problems....

personally, i use a pioneer elite vsx-55txi.... i know it's alot more money.... but you could check out the lower models in the pioneer elite line.... denon also makes some nice units in this price range....
