Xfinity Streaming Will Not authorize on Roku Without Any Stations on android Program

I've had a Roku streaming without a issue for approximately two weeks. I had been signed out and requested to re-authorize the gadget Now. The apparatus gives the message to me:

I have a subscription that is movie and it worked until recently. I'm ready to flow to a telephone and a PC. Please assist!


Edit: I set up the program that is android . The channels whom I streamed are not offered. She wishes to send somebody and attempted troubleshooting. However, I really don't believe that is a hardware problem. I'm connected to the net without also my TV boxes and difficulty work fine. I can not get consent.
