What's all this worth and where?

My neighbor put together a killer system 10 years ago or so. He told me yesterday it was all dismantled and in his garage. He asked if I could help him sell it all for a small commission. I am having trouble finding the current value of these items. Maybe you have a clue or may even be interested in some of this.

VAC CLA-1 MKII Pre Amp
Counterpoint NPS 400A Hybrid Power Amp 200w/8ohm 400w/4ohm ($4300 new)
Counterpoint Clearfield Continental Full Range Speakers (amazing with this amp)

Audio Control 10 Equalizer (probably not worth much)

He also has a pair of Synergistic Research Kaleidoscope II interconnects and a pair of similar looking speaker cables. No name so I can't even find a value but they have the same look as the ICs. I'm actually hoping to barter the cables for help selling. I know he paid over $400 for the ICs and much more for the Speaks.

Don't underestimate that equalizer...I bet it's worth something. You could sign up at Audiogon and subscribe to the audio bluebook service.
