vinyl, audio tape, & radio to CD recorder

Probably a dumb question, but how do I hook up vinyl and tape both as inputs to a Sony CDR/RW 01 CD player/recorder?

I have my Sony RCD W500C hooked up to my integrated amp. I have the cd output going to the int amp cd input and the int amp record out to the input of the recorder. I have my turntable plugged into my phono preamp and then into the integrated amp. If I used tape I would have the tape hooked through another tape loop. You might be able to hook up the tape directly to the recorder but I do not know a way to hook the turntable up directly.
