    Used Sansui componets question
Recently bought a Sansui AU 517 rec.,TU 317 tuner and a SC? 2110 cas. deck all in a Sansui wheeled rack mount and all working though the rec. controls need a bit of cleaning.
I paid 200.00$ can.- Now, is that a great-good-average price or should I try and get my money back? Any issues that I should be aware of besides?

Check the audio bluebook to get some info on your gear. At one time I would have thought that's a lot of money for vintage Sansui but I bought an AU-9500 that bluebooks now for $150. and I feel it's worth more than that the way it's kicking my Adcom gear's butt. Read more about this amp on this forum under "What vintage gear do you run". I'd say if this stuff is rack mounted it's probably nice quality. The real test, is your listening test. If you can, A/B it against some good gear to see how it does.
