Is that like a virtual reality sex chair? Or maybe a medieval torture device?

It all depends on what music it plays. If it's playing Kenny Burrell, Joe Puma, Grant Green, Wes Montegomery, Charlie Byrd, Django Reinhardt, John Scofield, Al Di Meola, etc..... Just non of that George Benson and Pat Metheny stuff. Nothing against them, just don't care for their sound.

I am in the market for something new. I currently use an old rocking chair and foot rest we had left over from when we had a new baby in my room.

We still have that same chair from when my daughter was borne 22yrs ago. My wife likes to keep it in our bedroom to watch tv or read a book.

Easy fella, I love George Benson. You don't want George to get gangsta like that, do ya?!?

Authentic LA-Z Boy. I've had it for roughly 8 years. I clean and buff it weekly. I treat it when needed, to ensure it keeps that softness.

    Hey Poppa,

That's quite impressive. Do you care to post a thread on this with some details?

Hey, I don't like George Benson and Glover Washington type of Jazz. Just not my thing...
But you should know this lyric..

Who am I to judge one's perspective?

I'm partial to his early work on the CTI label. Some of the early Warner Bros stuff is great too ie Breezin. He's a master guitar player, but I'm not big on his love of cheese ballads. Greatest Love of All? Have you listened to Bad Benson or Good King Bad?

The chair isn't that amazing. I used a few velcro dimes to hold it in place, yet have the ability to remove it. I was able to drill down and run the wiring through the chair.

Before we bought the house, we lived in an apartment. I had taken this a step farther by putting a slit in the carpet at each end of the headphone extension. One under the chair and another right in front of the media center. I ran the whole thing under the carpet. It was awesome, no wires to trip on but more importantly, no wires up in my wife's face.

Thanks for the suggestions, and have listened to samples online.
I'm not doubting his skills at all, but those CDs just don't have my type of sound.
I have listened to about 4-5 albums at record stores when I had considered to buy, and they all confirmed that GB isn't my style.
My taste in Music do change, so perhaps I'll revisit in about a decade.

Now, how about some pics by other members?
