Recently picked up some Z-2300s, need help with crackling noise

Hi, I recently got some Z-2300s and they seem to make a distorted noise when at full volume. I only listened to a couple of songs on youtube but it's pretty noticeable and there on all of them. Is it because I'm listening to music on youtube or is there something wrong with my speakers?

All I did was plug them in, is there something I have to setup?

    Thanks in advance!

Why don't you try playing an MP3 or something a bit more usable as a known good source.

Crackling could be due to overload. Try turning down the volume at the computer.

Yes, it seems I had to lower the volume from the computer (it was on full so I set it to default) and now it's great quality. Thanks for the help, Kevio.
