    which one is better rotel rcd1072 or rcd 1070
    hi my name is naor

    i want advise about rotel cd....
    i want to buy rotel cd
    there are 2 models avialble for me rhe rcd-1072 and rcd 1070
    basiclly the rcd 1072 is upgrade of the rcd1070
    but when i read the articals (hifi choice) the rcd 1070 got 4-5 stars and rcd 1072-3 stars
    they both cost the same here....

    which of them sound better????
    my system include:
    cabasse spekers (which are amazing by the way!!!)
    rotel rb985mkii power amp
    rotel rc -1070 pre amp
    marantz dr 4050 cd

    the 1072 was product of the year in 'the absolute sound' for 2003
    the writers at this magazine are the best in the business.


    that link is to the reveiw but you would have to pay $3 to download it. it may very well be worth your while to do so. keeping a subscription to tas and stereophile is a wise idea if you want to stay abreast of good sounding equipment.

    the current issue reviewsthe rotel 1062 integrated amp and metions the 1072. if i were looking for an amp, the 1062 would be on my short list.
