All good stuff by reputable manufacturers. What does it matter what we think? We don't have your ears, preferences, or room acoustics. As long as you like it, that's all that mattters.

I've got a SPL 1200 and love it. If you have heard it, I'm sure you already realize Velodyne's SPL series are unique amongst subs. I heard many that boom, but the SPL was just different, it was more like a true SUB-woofer.

The rest of the system, like someone said, is from reputable manufaturers. I'm not familiar with that Denon amp. Tell me about it, if you don't mind.

improvements will be in electronics. rotel, carver, B+K, parasound. its not that what youve listed will sound bad, just that it can be transcended with better merch.
