    Need a little help please
    Hey everyone,

I am new to this website and thought I would ask for some advice from this very knowledgeable community. I need some recommendations for a new receiver. I recently blew my Kenwood VR-605 receiver by plugging in a computer charger into the back while having it play music. I currently have a pair of Cerwin Vega VS speakers and a Klipsch KSW-100 down firing sub. As far as what I am looking for I am no audiophile by any means. I have the two speakers about 6-7 feet away from each other and I sit 7 feet away. I love my music loud, and listen to very bass heavy music, hence why I bought the speakers. I would love a receiver that could play music wireless from my phone, (HTC one). I do understand that it might be a better option to buy an after market plug in to accomplish this. As far as my price range is concerned, no more than $300.

Thank you for the time and consideration,
    -Dylan

I believe this Onkyo TX NR 525 reciver fits the bill but it is $349

    Onkyo TX-NR525 5.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver TX-NR525 B&H

I would rather have an all in one unit for best sound but it limits you to only certain receivers.

I would suggest this cool Onkyo unit and wireless adapter. I recently speced this out for a coworker and they are pleased with the unit and all it can do.

I mean a receiver that has built in blue tooth or wireless capability but then you are limited to what receiver you can buy.Amazon.com: Onkyo TX-NR525 5.2-Channel Network Audio/Video Receiver (Black): Electronics

you would need an optional $200 unit for streaming. With the 8050, you can get the unit and the wireless adapter for about $300 and it also has built in Internet Radio Apps
