musical fidelity A3.2 or Krell 400ix integrated amp
Which on do you recommend for this setup:
    - speakers - Castle Acoustics Harlech S2
    - CD Player- RCD 1070
    - Speaker wire: Monster M2.4 biwire
    - interconnect: Monster M1000i RCA

I currently have a NAD C370 integrated amp that I'm looking to replace.
    TIA

    Mr Peabody
I haven't heard the MF, nor am I familiar with Castle. I have heard many of the Krell products and owned a few and the amp I have now is Krell. The 400ix will offer you amazing power compared to amps with the same rating. Krell's sound is dynamic, my meaning fast, hard hitting and extended frequency response. Hopefully, you would be able to hear both to make up your mind.

Hi. I think it depends on the kind of sound you're looking for. I have the MF 3.2 and I couldn't be happier. But, as Mr. Peabody said, the best way is for you to listen to both amps, preferably in your setup.
    Cheers

    Also consider Bel Canto eVo2i

I just got one to replace my NAD C270/preamp combo. I assure you it is a far better amp than NAD in any system. It should be available for close to the MF and Krell prices, even though its nominal MSRP is a bit higher.

As for the choice among MF, Krell, and Bel Canto: only your ears can tell for sure -- as others have advised.
