Hi Vdogg; There are a couple of things here. You need to check the bass management of your receiver. If the bass mange. is set to small, be sure that the receiver says that the sub is set to ON. When you are doing a test tone analysis with your receiver, make sure that when the test tone hits SUB that the volume for that output controlled by the receiver is UP. Some receivers have a -15 or -10 to 0. Others may have a -15 or -10 to a +15 or +10. Set your receiver vol to 0.

Make sure your sub is powered up. You may need to turn up the volume control that is on the sub itself to a more sensitive level.
