HK AVR45 speakers

Hello! A pleasant day to all of you. I just want to ask for your help, I'm not into audio but i just recently inherited a Harman Kardon AVR45 5.1 receiver. Can someone help me with what speakers are best suited for this receiver/amp? I'm looking at a 3 way speaker at an online store, with an 8" woofer 150W, 8ohms, 40 Hz-20 kHz @ 95dB. Am planning to use it for the front channels (i got this specs at the online shop).
Maybe somebody can give me a suggestion on speaker specs to use per channel, so I won't make a mistake in buying the wrong speakers for it. Thanks in advance! Happy New Year!
