-
I have been contacted by several asian companys who tried to get me to sell their speakers. Unfortunatly none where in the HIFI leauge so it didnt happen.
Can you please tell us more about the design, the technical information and maybe some real pictures?

If you're serious about acoustic performance, at the very least I think you need to create a working prototype of one of your designs. Make the prototype yourself out of MDF instead of aluminum as a proof of concept. Focus on functionality, but try to get as close to the 'look' as possible. For the smaller designs where space is a premium and aluminum/plastic really is required (like the little Bose look alike iPod speaker thing), you could use aluminum sheet (1/8" maybe). That stuff is really easy to work with and doesn't really require any special tools (a dremel, a sheet metal bender and a drill press)
You probably don't want to think too much about aluminum until you have the resources to do significant production since most of your designs look like they would require castings or at least some fairly precise sheet work.
