Now your talking...I love Charlie Hayden. From the time when he was with Ornette Colman playing his plastic alto sax, Dewy Redman on Tenor, Keith Jarrett on piano, Paul Motian on drums , and Hayden on his double bass in the 50's. Then his work with John Coltrain, Archie Shepp, and Don Cherry. After that he and Jarret, and Redman and Motian teamed up and did some things together again, and then came the years with Pat Matheny, and some other things with other jazz artist, and the Liberation Music Orchestra. Then came His Quartet West stuff. I love Haydens music.

    Oh and btw welcome jazzmusicluvr
