Headphones

I have a question do you guys think the Sony MDR-V300 is better than the Maxell HP-2000? I never listened to the Maxell one yet but I was woundering if they sound better than the Sony MDR-V300.

Or do they both sound about the same? If they sound about the same then I was going to buy the Maxell one instead since its alot cheaper.

Currently I have the Sony MDR-V300 studio headphones but I was woundering if I should return them and get the Maxell HP-2000 studio headphones. I need to know if I should do this or should I keep the Sony ones I have.

If you can return them both within 30 days then just buy them both and return which one you think sounds worse.
