    Question Question about Sony 777es and Klipsch rf 15 sub

    I have a sony strda777es receiver and recently purchased new Klipsch reference speakers and sub. Everything works and sounds great except that I cannot get the sub to play when I select 2 channel mode. The sub has no speaker level input, only input is through av via monster sub cable. The sub sounds awesome for HT but I miss the base in stereo mode. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I'm not familiar with that unit, but try setting the mains to small and see if you can set the sub to sub. It may have something like sub + lfe

    I have the DA5ES. Mine has a button on front-AFD. It should take care of your problem and put a signal to your sub if you have it. Good luck.
