Fisher Studio Standard Ca-870a (1986)

Anyone know anything about the Fisher Studio Standard CA-870A cira 1986. I've never listened to it, but my friend asked if it was a quality component. I remember hearing Fisher was bought and sold a couple of times and went down hill. Is this prior to 1986? Any info would be appriciated.

By the mid '80's, Fisher was right there with Soundesign in my book. Their good stuff was in the '60's and '70's.
