Can 6.1 settings can be change manually?

i have cambridge audio azur 540 r-s i configure the cables to 6.1 surround

the problem is that i unable to change settings |( trubles tunes and more..)

Are you using multichannel analog, where you have to plug in several RCA cables? If so, you may have to use a digital connection in order for the sound to be effected by tone controls. With the multichannel analog you are usually limited to what is in the player.
