Cambridge Azur 640c VS. NAD C542

hi, im deciding which player to get out of the 2, both are 24-bit but the Cambridge has a 192kHz DAC and Im not sure if it has oversampling, the Nad has 8x oversampling but im not sure what kHz the DAC is.

which is a better player?
