Amplifier information

Hi All,

I have recently acquired a Sony TA-F222esX stereo amp. I have hooked it up to some JBL L19 speakers and it sounds mighty fine but I cannot find any information regarding the specs of the amp or a user manual.

Can anyone here help?

Have you tried doing a www.google.com or similar search for the model number. Usually you can find places to order manuals or a forum thread or something to give a bit of info. Some even show up on vintage websites with limited specs.

Yep, been there and done the Google thing and turned up a whole pile of nothing. This place was my next port of call in case there may be a fan of them out there.

Try looking on www.hifiengine.com I've found lots of user manuals on there.

Some where on this site it says the 222 is equal to the European version 500es
