    AKG K66 Mod
    These phones are great but they look like they were made in Taiwan...oh wait, they WERE made in Taiwan. I want to paint them solid black, that is, both earpieces. I will leave the grills silver. I want the paint to have a glossy, acrylic/metal look. Any reccomendations? Advice is welcome...

    STAY AWAY FROM THE PAINT
    Doesnt go well with electronics, especially when mixed with booze.

    ...man, that was really helpful. I would appreciate your wisdom if I were attempting to paint a set of HD-800's, but I'm not. As I said, I really enjoy this set but they look like crap. For fun, I thought I might try to mod them. I dig the humour, but do you have any constructive help on how I can make these things look half decent?
