How to capture a still frame off dvd??

Does anybody know how to grab a still picture from dvd? I did this before using PowerDVD and now it is not functioning as it was.. Any other methods?

the only way i know how, outside of software, is pretty convoluted and you dont get a great capture. there are plenty of softwares out there that can do it, can just do a search on cnet to find 'em.
