Is Halle Barry (Catwoman) really that hot.....or not?
It is probably me, but I don't find Halle barry really that sexy or hot. May be if she put on some weight like Jay Lo :D

Well she was the only thing that kept me watching that last dreadful Bond movie. Halle is Hot - Have not seen Catwoman because the reviews all seemed to call it a stinky kitty litter of a film.

Halle is ok, but salma hayek is completely unreasonably attractive. Human beings should not be able to be that sexy.

Agreed; Hayek is MUCH hotter than Worf's suggestion of *gulp* Angela Bassett....I dont know...to me, Bassett is a primate who never quite evolved to human stage.....

Not hot at all...but on the other hand, most people can look decently well with the right hair and fashion stylist, makeup artist, etc. It's all in the marketing anyways. Halle is more like the normal girl who had someone invest some money in her (marketing). Buddy dont even mention J Lo, that woman is too dirty to be sexy. You better check those knees or hers

Halle is smokin'!!! The only two things that got me through Swordfish without wretching were Barry's breasts and the TVR Tuscan. Oh wait...that's three things.

Worfster, you can have the Williams sisters. I'll take Halle and Charlize Theron. Now that's a sammich!

Halle and Charlize..... Ptoooi!!!!! My girls would beat em both bloody with tennis balls then spank em till they begged fer mercy... wait... that don't sound half bad...

I'd like to see that tag team action. Where's celebrity deathmatch when you need it.

Well, her knees is not one of her feature I was looking at :p

Worf, I thought you had better taste than that. I just looked at Williams sisters pictures, and as Redd Foxx would say:Poooy, Poooy, Poooy.
May be you meant Vanessa Williams. Now, that is one hot chick :)

A definite thumb up for Salma Hayek though.

A few friends and i were having a discusssion about this only recently. We came to the conclusion that Halle isn't convincing as Catwoman because she's far too wholesome and not "dirty" enough!!! Check out Joan Severance in Black Scorpion - dreadful film, but that's my idea of a female super-hero!!

Don't get me wrong, HB's not unattractive and she did look good in the Bond film but, even then, she was completely outshone by her co-star Rosamund Pike as the baddie!

I like to think that we He-men are finally revolting against the media-hyped anorexic-as-sex-symbol type. It's time to go back to the voluptuous creatures like Marilyn, Jane (Mansfield), Raquel, Pam Grier, etc. Those babes were COMPLETE women. They certainly wouldn't slip through your fingers. I think Hayek fits the voluptuous babe model. However, you do have to watch out for those nasty ones - Anna Nicole, J Lo. I wish the world was like a Russ Meyer film - big tiddies everywhere!

    Smoke -

I think yer batting an Ofer on both Halle and J Lo! I thought Halle was pretty hot when I first saw her in "Boomerang" but she just waned from there on out and even her barebreasted turn in "Swordfish" didn't do much for me. I dunno, I guess Halle did more for me when she just was hot, as opposed to everybody telling her that she's hot and then trying to act the part.

Catwoman just looks downright lame, so I guess I'll make a judgment call there when it comes to cable. Plus, Halle's got pretty big boots to fill considering how perfectly Michelle Phieffer and Julie Newmar played the role earlier. (Now, Julie Newmar as Catwoman, THAT'S a presence that causes earthquakes in the loins!)

It was kind of the same thing with Catherine Zeta Jones. She could melt the screen in "Entrapment" without trying, but got to be downright irritating in "The Haunting" and "Chicago" because she kept playing up the "am I hot or what" persona.

    J. Lo never did it for me. I guess if she can't hold a candle to about half the women in my salsa dancing classes, then it doesn't matter to me how big an insurance policy she's got on her posterior!

Worf! You need therapy bro! Maybe you should befriend Richard Williams, and convince him that Venus and Serena have got a career ahead of them in uh ... personal physical therapy! You're more than willing to give them an initial assessment, and happy to assist in any way possible. Consider it charity work!

    Yer right on all counts.

Interesting about Halle because in "Batman Returns" Michelle Phieffer had to be pretty straightlaced when playing Selina Kyle, but man oh man did she catch fire once she donned the catsuit! If Phieffer kept the same Selina Kyle persona in the Catwoman costume, it would not have worked too well.

Joan Severance does make for a pretty good superhero because she's got that certain edginess to her. She was much hotter in Black Scorpion than Carmen Electra was in that superhero movie that she starred in (it was a pretty bad movie, and despite the best efforts of her costume, Carmen was pretty unconvincing as a superhero).

Forgot that Halle was in that Bond flick as well. Goes to show how memorable that was!

I hear you, now you're thinking... that would be "all good". Make Hugh Hefner break down in tears. I guess that's how you really know you've made it, when you're invited to one of his pajama parties. A man can only dream....

Check out "Faster, Pussycat...Kill! Kill!" "Mudhoney" (remember band with same name?), and especially any title with "VIXEN" in it!!!

I guess we'll have to find us some hot, vivacious, full-figgered wimmins and make our own dang flicks in the Russ Meyer tradition. How about Cleavage Town, USA, or Once Upon a Time in Cleavageville, Return to Cleavageville, Lost in Cleavageville, etc. for possible titles?
